1 oz Flor de Cana extra Seco
1/2 oz gosling’s 151
1/2 oz manille calamansi liqueur
1/2 lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup 1:1
Happy rum day!

Ok. We are trying out prosecco available at Costco. So this is a prosecco cocktail.
1 sugar cube
2ish dashes Angostura bitters
1/3 oz brandy
Prosecco
Add a couple dashes Angostura bitters to a sugar cube. Drop in the bottom of a flute. Add brandy. Top with prosecco. Garnish with orange twist and a maraschino cherry (I use the Amarena Toschi which are delicious)

This is just a French 75 with prosecco instead of champagne.
1 1/2 Oz gin (I use Hendricks tonight)
3/4 Oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 Oz gumme syrup (out of simple and didn’t feel like making more)
Shake and strain.
Top with prosecco. Careful, it likes to fizz 🙂
