Distillery 209 gin, grapefruit, lime, ginger syrup, thyme.
Tastes summery.


1.5 Oz Basil Hayden
1.5 Oz lemon juice
3/4 Oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Dry shake, shake with ice, double strain into chilled coupe, a few drops of Angostura bitters to draw with.

2 Oz grapefruit juice
2 Oz bulleit bourbon
1/2 Oz gomme syrup
Shake, strain, enjoy.
